As you may already know I’ve recently been hitting it hard on the treadmill, managing to rack up 1000 calories per session, but with success comes pain..
I now have a huge blister on the back of my ankle! 🙁
I dont know what to blame it on to be honest, I have an expensive pair ofÂ asics trainers designed for running and I have been using them for months now with no problem, the blisters came only until I’ve double my treadmill time.
